Nice building, pool is mostly clean and the rooms are a good size with appliances

Stayed here on the way to, then coming back from a wedding in Fla. The beds are very comfy, nice full sized tub/shower. The rooms are clean and everything smells good. We are big coffee drinkers, so they gave us a coffee pot to use in the room. (We had our own coffee) . The a/c gets good and cold and the tvs are huge. Any staff/owner We've dealt with has been very nice. We're very picky and would stay here again. Also check out Village Pizza, it's great!

The entrance is a little awkward to find, but once you know where it is it's easy. Check-in was very quick and painless. The rooms are nice and come with a mini fridge and microwave. No coffee maker. Very quiet in this hotel to give you peace and mind to relax. They do have an area to do laundry and also a swimming pool. Also next to the pool they have a couple charcoal grills and a propane burner. Gas station and a few fast food places within minutes walking or driving.

This little place is excellent! Very clean, very comfortable, Great prices! Staff is very friendly! Beds are firm enough but not hard.. Felt like a 5 star stay. Plenty of fast food nearby. Clean outdoor pool. Highly recommend!!! Will be coming back!!!

The hotel and the front desk staff were nice. Our remote wouldn't control the volume, so a staff member fixed the issue. Only things I didn't like is that it was cold & the thermostat was set & locked to 75 degrees.

Usually what you see is what you get but not here. Opened the lobby door and found a clean, well maintained and pet free hotel. MRS. Mena & her husband has done an excellent job of managing and maintaining this property. I had not been willing to stay here based solely on the reviews and God awful color of the building. Today I was to tired to go the 15 miles into Baxley. so since 3 other drivers were heading over here I said why not see for myself. Mrs. Mena's husband promised me a clean remodeled room and they delivered with patients, kindness and genuine hospitality (I will have the same room everytime I come back per Mrs. Mena) those things really matter. I do have severe allergies and this is a pet free non smoking hotel, that's worth 3 stars alone. The establishment has had quite a bit of remodeling and upgrades done. Carpet is new and fresh, beds are comfortable and clean (I lifted the sheets and checked mattress in room 109 it was new). Fridge/microwave was clean and working. Bathroom was clean and fresh paint in whole hotel. I have a very bright day maker flashlight/blue light, I was able to find no bugs at all(I SEARCHED). I will continue to rest and relax here when in hazelhurst GA. For a 3 star hotel they have exceeded that rating. My sincere apologies for judging a book by the cover and denying myself a peaceful and serene night's rest. Lottie M.

Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast choices were good. Location was quiet. Very nice

Staff was nice to change my reservation from two people to one. The reservation process went very smoothly, and all the building seemed to be recently updated and modern. The furniture in my room looked like antiques!! It was surprisingly beautiful and clean . The bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable but the breakfast was excellent !!!
